When One Door Closes...

The end of 2024 held so many fast-paced changes with the devastation of Hurricane Helene, and 2025 is looking a little different for me and my business. I’d love to share some updates with you!

Firstly, my former studio in the River Arts District was affected by flooding in the storm, and I could no longer work there due to mold. I have re-located to a private studio in Woodfin, and it feels like a fresh start! As much as I miss seeing you guys at the Pink Dog working studio, I’m really enjoying the quiet & privacy of my new space. I’ve been getting it set up during these winter months, and stocking up on new materials for projects I want to try in 2025 centered around experimentation and play. I am finishing up my current list of commissions and then taking a break from those to focus on creative projects that I feel passionate about. I am also prepping for a brand new series projected to premier later this year, and I’ll give you one hint as to the theme: NESTS. :)

Going into 2025, I also have new representation in the mountains that I feel excited about. You can find my work in Silver Fox in Hendersonville, Artisans on Main in Weaverville, and Dog & Pony Show in Asheville!

In terms of new news, I am also pivoting to offer more to retailers + designers this year. I now have a wholesale shop on Faire Marketplace for retailers or anyone who wants to buy giclees or pillows in bulk (6 or more, for the time being), and I also have discount offerings for designers. Getting my work spread out across different states is the goal, and this is the perfect vehicle to get me there!

I’m excited to bring you along into this next year, and to see where I end up as my path illuminates. Talk soon! xx
